17Th July is Nick’s Birthday. We have a small party at home with everyone. Elyssa and I make a cake. She said every year she always made cake for him. But this year, we don’t have tools for cook. Because my house never cook bakery before. So, we try every ways to cook it.
And then we got a cake. But it’s not look like cake. Ha-ha. I cook a Mango Jam on top from a yellow Mango around 4. Sweet and a bit salt.
We think that it’s a Thai style but it delicious. My dad said it like a Thai sweet; we call that Ka-Nom-Tang-Thai. Sweet, Soft and a little bit strong. With a Mango Jam. Because Nick Love mango. It’s best day for us to enjoy eating and happy with his birthday.
Mom, Elyssa, I and Mea thon cook for dinner. Here are some Thai food that we cook we have Tom-Yam-Kung; the best Thai food. Tested spicy and sour :) Chicken with Thai-herbs, Vegetarian food for mom and Mangos. They are so delicious!!
